Finding the right person for the right church is possible through our proven system and will dramatically decrease turnover and eliminate the stress of finding and hiring new staff members.

Level 1

  • Questionnaire about the church
  • List of potential candidates from within our community
  • One year of coaching

Level 3

  • Includes: all of previous levels
  • On site interview with staff, student staff, student volunteers, student, observe student program
  • Survey to determine best fit (to be developed)
  • Suggestion of top candidate
  • One year of specialized coaching with veteran LEAD team member

Level 2

  • Phone interview with the lead pastor/staff leader
  • Questionnaire about the church
  • Questionnaire from the candidate
  • Vetting of potential candidates
  • Recommendation of top 3 candidates
  • One year of coaching
