Richy Fisher

Richy served in student ministry over 35 years in the local church ranging from small churches in rural settings to mega churches in metro areas. He has also served in various leadership roles in churches, organizations and non-profits throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
During that time, he has served as consultant and contributor to numerous ministries both inside and outside the local church in addition to teaching at various student ministry conferences and training events.
Richy has been a part of the LEAD222 community for 14+ years, serving as a board member and currently on the LEAD222 team as director of strategic development which includes leading the Church Staffing team.
Richy and his wife Susan have been married for 28 years and have three boys ages 22, 19, and 13 and live in Van Buren, Arkansas where they enjoy hiking, camping and hunting.

Dr. Dave Keehn

Dave has served in youth ministry for 29 years in two churches (one large and one smaller). He is now the Department Chair of Christian Ministries at Biola University. After teaching ministry courses for Talbot seminary and BIOLA University for twelve years in an adjunct role, Dave joined the faculty in the Fall of 2009. His passion is to develop church leaders for future generations to follow.
A true California boy, you can often find Dave walking on the beach with his family or Stand Up Paddle boarding in the ocean. When Dave is not at the church or the beach you can find him fulfilling a boyhood dream of riding on fire trucks. Dave is the Senior Chaplain for the Orange County Fire Authority in Southern California. His last obsession is Disneyland, where he often escapes with his wife and kids to create memories!
Dave and his wife Debbie have three children: Aimee, Adam and Mfundo (whom they adopted from South Africa in 2009). Dave’s desire is to nurture his best friend and ministry partner, Debbie, to fulfill God’s call on her life and to work together in raising their children to love God and serve others.

Dianne DeKoning

Dianne has served in ministry her entire career and is entering her 10th year at Westwood as a Pastor. After spending more than 20 years in student ministry, 18 months ago she transitioned to serving in Adult Ministry, overseeing women’s programming. In Fall 2018, she began supporting the Open Hands Foundation, which supports the Hope House on our campus, a safe place for struggling teens. Five years ago, she became a mom and God affirmed that she could have two callings: being a mom AND being a pastor. Her passion is inspiring people to be the best God created them to be, which is lived out by using her strengths of coaching and mentoring. She lives in Eden Prairie, MN, has a Masters degree from Bethel University, and enjoys a good conversation around leadership.

Bo Boshers

Bo is President of Lead222, a coaching and mentoring ministry to hundreds of youth practitioners around the country. Bo is recognized as a national leader and influencer of youth ministry around the world. He led for many years one of the largest youth ministries and conferences in the country. He has traveled around the world and has trained and encouraged thousands of youth leaders and students. Bo is a best-selling author, motivational speaker and trainer. His passion and vision is to lead and coach youth leaders to live the LEADLIFE that focuses on being a healthy leader leading a healthy ministry that will reach this generation for Christ.

Keith Cote

Keith is a co-founder and event director for LEAD222, a youth pastor coaching and mentoring ministry. He is also the Metro-Chicago Director for FCA. Keith has been involved with FCA since 1978 and has a passion to see to Athletes and Coaches grow into fully devoted followers. Keith is a producer, speaker and Leadership Summit Youth Champion with the Willow Creek Association where he served as the Executive Director of Student Ministries for the Willow Creek Association for many years. With over 30 years of experience, Keith coaches and trains leaders and students around the world how to build high performing and healthy teams. He is the author of Beyond the Game, Dirty Feet and co-author of Vision Moments. Keith was an All-American football player in college and continues his passion for sports with his involvement with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Coaching.

Dr. Andy Stephenson

Andy Stephenson, Ph.D. is currently the campus pastor of the broadcast Campus of Northview Church in Carmel, Indiana. He served for over seventeen years at the headquarters of a church movement with close to 8,000 churches worldwide, recently as the associated director of US/Canada strategy. He received a PhD degree from the University of Texas and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy for Oklahoma State. He has written for various publications, coauthored a discipleship series for students and published a book helping leaders pass the baton of faith to the next generations. Andy has been a part of the lead community since the early beginning and is a current member of Lead222 board.
